Delpopolo Takes 5th in Dusseldorf

"After 5 hard fought matches today I wound up in the top 5 for the third year in a row in Dusseldorf. I completed 3 tough weeks on the World tour and I can say that I worked hard and dramatically improved each week going from 1-1 in Paris to 2-2 in Hungary, placing 7th, and finally going 3-2 and placing 5th in Germany. Thank you to everyone who has been reaching out to me and sending me messages of support and encouragement. I promise you that I will continue to work hard and do my best and I appreciate all of you. Finally I would like to thank a great friend and teammate in Nick Kossor for coaching me today. I wouldn't have done as well if he wasn't pushing me all day long. Class act."
